Use this free planner to compare two orders of chairs and tables from China. Check catalogue prices, minimum orders, the goods budget, cartons and recorded packing volume. Start with 40 chairs and ten tables, edit either option or apply a 20- or 60-seat plan. Freight, import charges, delivery and installation are separate.
Free to use. No account needed.
Change the chairs, tables and quantities in two variants. The starting example is 40 chairs and 10 tables; variant B replaces the chairs. Compare goods prices and the packing data actually recorded.
Selected catalogue models: 4 chair models and 3 table models. Missing packing stays marked as unknown.
A has the lower goods price.
Goods only. Freight, insurance, duties, local delivery and installation are separate.
Price basis: EXW/FOB terms and China-side services are not recorded for these catalogue examples. Confirm the included services for your exact order.
Divide the whole selected package by your planned seat count. Extra chairs stay in the cost. This is goods plus the sea leg to your port, before the remaining import and local costs.
Goods + sea freight per planned seat$94.33 – $100.61
Site volume-based sea-freight estimate
Share-of-container volume model
Goods + sea freight per planned seat$117.13 – $123.41
Site volume-based sea-freight estimate
Share-of-container volume model
Site freight rates dated: 2026-09. The site estimate allocates a container rate by volume, with a range. It is not a booking quote. Actual chargeable weight, handling, consolidation, surcharges and sailing availability need confirmation.
Optional, in the calculation currency, for this exact package and port. Zero is an explicit entered amount. Changing a model, quantity, currency or port clears the affected amount.
Each plan uses one chair per seat and rounds table counts up using your planning ratio. No quantity discount is assumed. Models stay selected; minimums are not silently increased.
The seats-per-table figure is your layout assumption. It does not confirm that this many people fit at the selected table.

Insurance, supplier or export charges outside the goods price, protective packing, consolidation and terminal charges, duties, taxes, clearance, delivery from port and installation. Unknown charges are not treated as zero.
A planned seat count is not a confirmed layout, table capacity or accessibility assessment.
Totals use catalogue prices before currency rounding. Quantities never increase automatically. Known carton multiples are enforced. A bare volume for a multi-chair carton is not assumed to be per chair. For a table split across cartons, the listed complete-table volume is counted once per table.
Chair quantities do not verify table seating capacity, layout, durability or finish compatibility. Confirm the layout and specification before ordering.
Catalogue snapshot:
The example uses ten round 90 cm tables and 40 separate metal-frame chairs. This is a purchasing list, not an approved floor plan. Check the arrangement, circulation, accessibility and comfort of four places per table against your room plan.
Confirm seat height against table height, upholstery, colour samples, durability and cleaning requirements. If local rules require evidence of compliance, name the exact standard and request documentation for the selected model.
Use the planner above to compare chair and table packing separately and as a complete package. If a selected product has no recorded volume, the known lines are only a partial sum. Confirm carton dimensions, gross weight and the final packing list before booking freight.
The package button carries both product references and their quantities into the enquiry. Supply a floor plan, delivery city, finish choices and opening date. Ask for goods, packing, freight and local charges to be itemised, with a packing list showing volume and weight.
If a minimum quantity or availability changes, agree the revised package before calculating its total. An order from multiple sources also needs consolidation and a shared dispatch date to be confirmed.
No. It divides the selected goods price plus a sea-freight estimate or your entered freight amount by planned seats. Missing volume prevents a site freight estimate. Insurance, terminal charges, duties, taxes, clearance, delivery from port and installation remain separate unless itemised in your actual quote.
It covers the loose chairs and tables selected in the planner. The counter, kitchen, lighting, fitted seating, outdoor furniture, spare chairs, installation and local delivery are outside this goods budget.
Each model must meet its own listed minimum and any known whole-carton multiple. Combining different chairs or tables does not reduce those requirements. The planner flags quantities that need correction; it never increases your order automatically.
The planner adds the recorded packed volume for every selected chair and table. A table split into two cartons counts as two cartons, while its complete-table volume is counted once. If any volume is unknown, the known lines remain a partial sum and no full shipment estimate is claimed.
No. The site takes no payment and holds no deposit. A request for quote creates no obligation, and nothing is charged until terms are agreed directly with a sourcing manager.
