Laying Hen Equipment, 48,800 Layers, 84 x 15 mDBW-B04
Capacity comparison: 48,800
84 x 15 m, 4 m height
3 x 40 ft high cube containers
Budget separately for the poultry building and the equipment inside it. Our near-50,000-layer equipment example is specified for 48,800 hens in an 84 × 15 m house; the separate building listing is for 50,000 birds and measures 85.2 × 15 m. Their prices are useful starting points, but the two designs need to be coordinated before a combined project is quoted.
Review each system against a written offer. Mark what is included, an extra-cost option, provided by you or still unknown. Catalogue descriptions remain separate from your offer assessment.
Optional. Leave unknown values blank.
Catalogue facts are a reference, not confirmation of your written offer. All scope marks start as unknown.

One enquiry carries the exact reference or your offer context, capacities, all 16 marks and notes, scope gaps and buyer actions. It does not approve a turnkey project.
Only a dedicated capacity field supplies catalogue bird capacity. The building capacity never replaces equipment capacity. Marks are entered by the buyer and never inferred from catalogue mentions. Different flock sizes need revised quantities, layouts and pricing; no proportional scaling is performed. A complete set of marks does not validate the building, utilities, climate design, local requirements or installation.
System categories can be checked against these manufacturer references. They are not specifications for our catalogue package.
Catalogue snapshot:
| Item | Qty | Unit price | Line total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Equipment for 48,800 layers | 1 | $173,000 | $173,000 |
| Building for 50,000 birds, separate | 1 | $81,000 | $81,000 |
Indicative prices come from the current catalogue. Totals use prices before display rounding. An unavailable item or a quantity below its current minimum needs a fresh quote. No combined total is shown: the two designs have different dimensions and capacities.

This specification belongs to the selected DBW-B04 listing at the article date. Confirm component counts, materials, spares and the drawing revision before contract. Request a refreshed itemised quotation for the cost of each system.
The equipment is designed around an 84 × 15 m house. The separate DBW-B01 building kit is 85.2 × 15 m. A designer needs to coordinate columns, openings, aisles and equipment; adding two catalogue prices does not establish compatibility.
The equipment listing specifies three 40 ft high cube containers; the building listing specifies four containers. These are two independent offers, not an agreed combined loading plan. Freight follows the approved packing plan.
Send your exact flock capacity, country and port, site climate, electrical supply, water conditions and whether a building already exists. The equipment example specifies 380 V, three-phase, 50 Hz; another supply needs confirmation in the offer.
For exactly 50,000 layers, request resized equipment, a revised layout and a compatible building specification. Separate supply, installation, commissioning and training in the quote, with responsibilities and acceptance criteria for each.
Review systems, interfaces and responsibilities separately. Identify included items, paid options, buyer-supplied work and unknowns, and reference the written offer for each claim. Confirm capacity and the coordinated layout as well.
The stated capacities differ by 1,200 birds. Request revised equipment quantities and drawings for the required capacity. A separately listed 50,000-bird building does not change the equipment capacity.
That must be stated in the offer. Review on-site assembly, travel, lifting, commissioning, training and acceptance separately, with the responsible party and costs.
No. The equipment listing excludes the building, foundations and erection work. The separate building listing is a fabricated steel kit for assembly on your own foundation.
The equipment price alone is insufficient. A business plan also needs local construction and labour costs, birds, feed, energy, veterinary costs, mortality assumptions, output and selling prices. Those figures are outside this sourcing budget.
No. The site takes no payment and holds no deposit. A request for quote creates no obligation, and nothing is charged until terms are agreed directly with a sourcing manager.
